Crock Pot Meals
Do you have a favorite crock pot recipe to share? I need to do some meal planning before school starts and some days, the only way we have a yummy, hot meal in the evenings is if I turn on the crock pot.
My favorite is potroast. I get a 3 pound cut of chuck roast, put it in the crockpot surrounded by baby carrots, and sprinkle a packet of onion soup mix on top. 6 hours later, it's tender and delicious!
We love that one, too! Hope you're doing well, Claire. We have my in-laws visiting this week...all week. ;) Supposed to have beautiful weather, so we'll be doing lots of grilling.
